This year’s party was indeed exceptional and we were so lucky with the weather! The equipment set up for the evening’s short entertainment set kept on getting delayed due to rain showers so we relied on Colin’s weather radar to tell us when it would stay dry. At that point the A team got all the sound and light equipment up and running in record time. Bob Visser went above and beyond with a fantastic light and smoke display and Viv Bartlett managed to get the music going without even having time for a sound check. Our Community Orchard supporters food offerings also surpassed all previous events bringing many fantastic dishes of food for all to share.
