The Orchard has charitable status and its committee of Trustees has a duty to ensure that it thrives so that it can be enjoyed by the community. This involves maintaining the Orchard by nurturing damaged trees, replacing dead trees, buying tree stakes, cages, watering equipment, tree nutrients, mowing the site & processing the fruits.

Whilst the income from product sales is very helpful, the maintenance of the Orchard cannot be guaranteed in future years without regular donations. We would like you to consider becoming a Friend of Chorleywood Community Orchard (CCO) with a suggested minimum donation of £20 per annum.
As a Friend of the Orchard, you will be informed of any fun events: Orchard Spring or Summer Festival, Wassailing, autumn harvesting weekend and other community events where Friends of the Orchard or The Cider Club (which is part of CCO) sell the Orchard’s products. You are also welcome to join our regular Orchard working parties, although your attendance is not obligatory.
If you would like to join in and help us in any way, please indicate which activities you would like to be involved in at the foot of the Gift Aid Declaration form below.
Please instruct your bank/building society to set up a regular (suggested annual) Standing order or Direct Bank Transfer using the payee details below. This can usually be done on-line or through an app. Please note that CCO will not claim Direct Debit payments, so you will need to set this up yourself.
